As anSr. Human Resources Manager you will serve as a strategic partner to leadershipconnecting business strategy topeopleoutcomes to drive performance growth and organizational health. You will partner closely with leaders to translate business priorities into workforce strategies ensuring teams have the talent leadership structure and culture needed to deliver results.
In this role you are accountableforenabling business outcomes through people. You will leverage data and insights to guide talent and organizational decisions strengthen leadership effectiveness and team culture and design organizations that operate with clarity and accountability. You will also play a critical role in leading and supporting changeadvising leaders engaging key stakeholders and ensuring adoption of initiatives that move the business forward.
You will help shape the future of work by partnering with leaders to redesign roles and workflows integrating human and technology-enabled capabilities to improve performance. This includes building digital and AI fluency across leaders andteams anddriving adoption of new tools and ways of working to ensure sustained impact.

About you:
6 years of progressive HR experience including HR GeneralistHRBPor HR COE roles
Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders and influence decisions
Experience translating business needs into talent or people-related actions
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in a matrixed environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage multiple levels of the organization
Proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders
Demonstrated learning agility
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
