Operations Coordinator (Facilities)

Ravenswood is a Uniting Church K-12 day and boarding school for girls located on Sydneys North Shore. Ravenswood offers both the HSC and the IB Diploma Programme as well as the PYP in the Junior School. We are currently seeing an Operations Coordinator (Facilities) to assist the Property Office Manager to coordinate and carry out administrative tasks as well as assisting the facilities team with setup and pack down of events when needed.

This is primarily an administrative role and in addition to the above will assist the Maintenance Manager in the coordination of contracts contractors and work orders and to assist the Director of Operational Services with administrative duties and coordination of tasks as required.

To secure this role you will;

• Take reasonable care of their own and others safety during the performance of work
• Cooperate with Ravenswood initiatives to fulfil legal obligations and improve safety.

Education & Qualifications

• Held a prior operational co-ordination role in a large scale facility such as hotel or school

Or

• Held a prior project co-ordination or supervising position in a large scale facility such as hotel or school
• Occupational Health & Safety Certificate
• Drivers license
