Security Architect

We are looking for a skilled Security Architect to design implement and maintain secure enterprise infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network security infrastructure protection risk assessment and security architecture within enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise security architecture and infrastructure solutions.
• Assess security risks and recommend mitigation strategies to protect organizational systems and data.
• Manage and support network security technologies including firewalls VPNs IDS/IPS and secure access solutions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure network and application teams to ensure security best practices are implemented.
• Monitor and improve security controls policies and standards across the organization.
• Conduct security reviews vulnerability assessments and technical evaluations.
• Support incident response troubleshooting and resolution of security-related issues.
• Prepare security architecture documents diagrams and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and industry best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity threats tools and technologies.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• 25 years of relevant experience in security architecture or enterprise security environments.
• Relevant certifications preferred:
• Cisco CCNP
• Cisco CCIE
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and network security concepts.
• Knowledge of firewalls VPNs intrusion detection/prevention systems and access control solutions.
• Familiarity with security monitoring risk assessment and vulnerability management.
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure networking and cloud security concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale IT environments.
• Exposure to security compliance governance and infrastructure security projects.
