Director of Sales & Marketing
Job Summary
You give 25hours a face in the city and represent the hotel on the market. Together with our General Manager the Director of Sales & Marketing will be instrumental in shaping the voice image and heartbeat of our brand. You will be the creative powerhouse behind everything we do and thanks to your close contacts with our customers youll ensure that we always have a full house and the best parties. At 25hours we dont just provide a stay we create an experience.
- Think creatively and strategically to develop dynamic marketing campaigns that elevate 25hours as a one-of-a-kind experience;
- Take the lead in telling 25hours brand story ensuring our values personality and mission are reflected in all communications and guest interactions;
- Oversee the creation and execution of 25hours marketing campaigns ensuring brand consistency across all channels from social media to print events and beyond;
- Rule the P&L. Be determined and understand our brand and business to turn action into success for our bottom line;
- Cultivate and manage relationships with partners collaborators and influencers who can help amplify the 25hours brand. Youll work with food & beverage suppliers artists local creatives and the community to create buzz-worthy initiatives and unforgettable experiences;
- Entice excite and captivate our partners at global travel exhibitions with our edgy appeal and new look and feel in the Sydney hotel market;
- Unite unique partnerships thinkers and co-creators to enhance our appeal within the community and create business opportunities to work alongside brand relevant visionaries;
- Bloggers Vloggers Instagram influencers social media and commercial savvy are in your daily vocabulary.
Qualifications :
- Australia experience preferably in Sydney in a lifestyle brand or a similar background in a premium hotel brand would be advantageous;
- It goes without saying you understand MICE international and domestic source markets OTAs and Tour Operators for the region and have worked closely with them throughout your career;
- Proven experience in brand marketing ideally within a lifestyle hotel hospitality setting or similar creative industries;
- Strong background in executing bold innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences;
- Youre a natural leader with the ability to inspire and grow a talented team while also working cross-functionally with other departments to deliver on 25hours brand promise;
- A deep understanding of Sydneys nightlife food beverage and cultural scene is essential your knowledge of the citys pulse will help you make 25hours a must-visit destination;
- A mad passion for hotels the community design art food & beverage and an understanding of Sydneys night and day life and concepts is a must!
