Talent Acquisition Consultant
Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a fast-paced and collaborative team supporting large-scale recruitment delivery across multiple business functions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive recruiter who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys partnering closely with hiring leaders to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and shortlisting
- Coordinate interview processes and stakeholder communication
- Provide market insights talent mapping and hiring recommendations
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity within ATS systems
Qualifications :
- Proven experience working as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or Recruiter
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to source and engage passive candidates
- Agency or in-house recruitment background welcomed
- Experience recruiting within Technology Corporate Transformation or Professional Services environments highly regarded
