Were now looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Brisbane or Gold Coast team.

The Role

Youll manage a varied and meaningful caseload supported by experienced peers and leaders who genuinely understand rehab work.

Your role will include:

• Developing tailored rehabilitation and returntowork plans
• Assessing physical psychological social and vocational factors
• Conducting Vocational Workplace and Functional Capacity Assessments
• Working collaboratively with clients employers treating providers and insurers
• Providing clear evidencebased advice to support sustainable outcomes

About You

Youll bring:

• A qualification as a Rehabilitation Counsellor Psychologist Physiotherapist Occupational Therapist or Exercise Physiologist
• Registration with AHPRA ESSA or ASORC
• Around 12 years experience in occupational rehabilitation
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
• A genuine interest in achieving positive sustainable outcomes for people
• A current drivers licence and recent National Police Clearance
