VMU Administrator
Job Summary
Reporting to the VMU Manager the VMU Administrator plays a crucial role in the day-to-day coordination of workshop administration. They act as a key point of contact between technicians suppliers and customers ensuring smooth processes accurate invoicing and excellent service.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30
Salary: 27560 per annum
Key responsibilities:
- Process invoices investigate any issues and resolve invoice queries.
- Update trailer compliance with outstanding vehicles.
- Update all necessary trackers to ensure compliance.
- Raise and process Purchase Orders.
- Maintain and run reports to cross charge the customer.
- Schedule trailers and network planners.
- Liaise with the fleet to align service schedules.
- Prepare and maintain relevant documentation.
- General administrative duties and support the workshop team with day to day tasks.
- Cover for the Workshop Team Manager for holidays and on an adhoc basis.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience within an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good eye for detail and accuracy is essential.
- Great organisation and time-management skills.
- Excellent IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word Office and Excel.
- Previous experience with fleet maintenance would be advantageous.
- Ability to work in a high pressured fast paced environment.
