qualifications:
Undergraduatedegreein agriculturalfinancing business or commerce
At leastsevenyearsofexperiencein agriculturalfinancingcreditanalysisriskmanagement andcomplexcreditdecisionmaking or anequivalentcombination ofeducationandexperience
In-depthknowledgeof Canadian agriculture and agriculturallendingpractices
Proficiencyin both official languages (English and French) and proven abilityinoral and written communication
Preferredqualifications:
Experiencein management coaching andprofessionalteamdevelopment
Memberof the Ordre des agronomes du Québec
