Leasing, Residential Property Management (part-time) (Vancouver, BC)

TheMultiFamilyLeasing Agentis responsible fordriving leasing performance acrossmultipleresidential communities byexecuting marketing initiatives conducting suite showings responding to prospect inquiries andprovidinginformed guidance on rental pricing.This role requires a strong understanding of local market conditions competitor positioning and rental trends with the ability to translate market data into leasing conversations and pricing recommendations.

The Leasing Agent serves as afrontlinebrand ambassador ensuring ahighqualityprospect experience while supporting revenue optimization throughaccuratemarket intelligence and disciplined execution.

You will

Leasing & Suite Showings

• Conductinpersonand virtual suite tours across assigned communities

• Present suites professionally highlighting features finishes and community amenities

• Tailor leasing presentations based on prospect needs budget and timing

• Follow structuredfollowupprocesses to convert leads to applications

• Maintainaccurateguest cards showing activity and leasing notes per company policies

• Ensure suite availability pricing imagery and descriptions areaccurateand competitive

• Recommend photo updates promotional materials and seasonal campaigns as needed

Prospect Inquiries

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone email online portals and in person

• Provide clearaccurateinformationregardingavailability pricing incentives and lease terms

• Support resident retention by ensuring resident communication is passed on toappropriate propertymanagement contact

Rental Pricing Support & Advisory

• Provide input on rental pricing recommendations based on:

• Market comparables

• Current vacancy and absorption

• Demand trends and leasing velocity

• Support implementation of pricing updates for available andonnoticesuites

• Communicate pricing rationale confidently and consistently to prospects

• Flag pricing risks or opportunities tomanagementbased on market feedback

• Maintainaccurate structured comp sets for each assigned property

• Summarize findings and notable shifts for property management and leadership

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding ofmultifamilyleasing fundamentals

• Comfort interpreting market data and explaining pricing logic

• Clear professional communication skills (written and verbal)

• High attention to detail in marketing and pricing accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously

• Techsavvywith property management CRM and marketing platforms

Qualifications

• 13 years ofmultifamilyleasing or residential property experience preferred

• Experience withmultipropertyportfolios an asset

• Familiarity with rent surveys market comps and pricing discussions

• Experience with Excel YardiRentCafe or similar platforms an asset

This position is part-time up to 21 hours per work. $23.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience.
