Job Summary
The CSS Resident Mentor is responsible for supporting the transition and residential experience of incoming Chancellors Science Scholars during the summer program. Resident Mentors live in the residence hall alongside participants and serve in a role similar to a residential assistant providing guidance mentorship and community support as students acclimate college addition to fostering a positive living environment Resident Mentors will plan and facilitate one community-building event per week to encourage engagement and connection among scholars. Participation in a required training session prior to the start of the program is mandatory to ensure preparedness for the role.
Work Schedule
Monday Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM (variable)
