TITLE: INSTRUCTIONAL SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATIONS: Degree requirements and licenses as determined by EPSB
REPORTS TO: Director of Curriculum
JOB GOAL: Facilitates the development and implementation of district curriculum and instructional strategies to ensure students are college and/or career ready.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops directs and maintains a vibrant district curriculum instructional and assessment programs.
- Attends and participates in school board meetings regarding curriculum school and district-level program evaluation.
- Facilitates professional development activities on Curriculum Instruction and Assessment.
- Attends appropriate curriculum instruction and assessment meetings/workshops/conferences etc. and shares as appropriate and uses the information to further student achievement.
- Facilities data analysis to ensure student progress.
- Supports administrators and teachers with curriculum instruction assessment etc.
- Coordinates grants and programs and observes or evaluates personnel as designated by the Superintendent.
- Coordinate the MTSS process and data analysis at the school and district level.
- Performs other duties as assigned
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Salary and work days to be established by the Board.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Boards policy on Evaluation of Professional Personnel.
