Assistant Finance Manager-ERP Transformation (Ref 260000DQ)

Responsibilities

• Lead the workstream and coordinate with the vendor for the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) solution
• Liaise with internal business users to gather analyse and follow-up on business requirements
• Rationalise the existing financial reports and provide insights on streamlining and automation
• Coordinate project tasks including User Acceptance Test and cutover activities with internal business users vendors and development teams to ensure smooth operation and transition
• Support process design and enhancement user manuals and training materials development

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a related discipline
• Possession of a recognised professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant or equivalent is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in financial reporting or group consolidation preferably gained from a sizeable organisation
• Solid experience in finance system implementation especially in financial accounting module
• Knowledge of financial controls process governance process simplification and digitalisation
• Experience in data conversion / COA mapping / system integration with other satellite systems (legacy systems) is preferred
• Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Oracle FCCS Cloud Hyperion Planning HFM or PowerBI is an advantage

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms renewal will be subject to business needs
• Candidates with less experience / lower qualification will be considered for the Accountant - ERP Transformation position
