A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Specialist Service Management IT reporting toExecutive Manager Field and Network SystemOperations.Thisis aFixed-term opportunity.
A bit about your role
The Senior Specialist Service Management ITis responsible fordefining and assuring IT access management controls aligned to industry frameworks andorganisationalstandards. With a 12-month planning horizon the role focuses on improving control effectiveness governance and adoption across the business.
You will partner with security delivery and business teams to develop access control frameworks lead assurance activities and drive continuous improvement through automation and better practices. The role also supports stakeholder education and contributes touplift incontrol maturity reporting and performance metrics.
A bit about you
You are an experienced security or service management professional with strongexpertisein IT access management controls and governance. You bring the ability to translate strategy into practical outcomes solve complex problems and influence stakeholders across theorganisation.
With experience in Security Operations or Process Controlsyoureconfident working with frameworks conducting root cause analysis and driving continuous improvement. Knowledge of ITIL and relevant certifications (CISM CISSP CRISC) are highly regarded.
