Job Summary

1. Job Description:

  • Direct Hotline counseling/receiving calls emails messages (email chat voice) from customers to answer questions support to resolve customer complaints about products and services on the e-commerce platform.
  • Update information on the system.
  • Perform other duties as required by superiors.

2. Requirements:

  • Minimum High School graduation.
  • Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher).
  • Clear and confident speaking voice. CS experience is a plus.

3. Compensation & Benefits:

  • Average monthly income: - VND (Base salary: VND).
  • Lunch allowance: 500k. Night shift: 30%. KPI Bonus: 900k - 1.2M.
