Job Summary

Job Description:

  • 1. Telesales and Consulting:
  • Receive calls chats and emails from potential customers to introduce and provide consultation on e-commerce-related products etc.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products warranty policies and promotional programs.
  • 2. Order Management:
  • Receive and process customer orders.
  • Track and update order statuses for customers.
  • 3. Customer Service:
  • Maintain good relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve any arising issues.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or higher required (Must have diploma).
  • Fluent English (4 skills: Listening Speaking Reading Writing).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication persuasion and active listening skills.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of technology products.
  • Experience: Candidates with experience in telesales or the technology sector are preferred.
  • Time Management Skills: Ability to work independently and manage time and tasks effectively.
  • Able to work night shifts and Holidays.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Average monthly income: - VND (Base salary: VND).
  • Lunch allowance: 500k. Night shift: 30%. KPI Bonus: 900k - 1.2M.
