Job Description:
- 1. Telesales and Consulting:
- Receive calls chats and emails from potential customers to introduce and provide consultation on e-commerce-related products etc.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products warranty policies and promotional programs.
- 2. Order Management:
- Receive and process customer orders.
- Track and update order statuses for customers.
- 3. Customer Service:
- Maintain good relationships with current and potential customers.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve any arising issues.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or higher required (Must have diploma).
- Fluent English (4 skills: Listening Speaking Reading Writing).
- Communication Skills: Strong communication persuasion and active listening skills.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of technology products.
- Experience: Candidates with experience in telesales or the technology sector are preferred.
- Time Management Skills: Ability to work independently and manage time and tasks effectively.
- Able to work night shifts and Holidays.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Average monthly income: - VND (Base salary: VND).
- Lunch allowance: 500k. Night shift: 30%. KPI Bonus: 900k - 1.2M.
