Job Summary

1. Job Description:

Conduct outbound calls using the company-provided database to advise customers on nutritional products.
Provide customer care and resolve inquiries for both new and existing customers.
Gather further customer insights to drive sales growth.
Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets (KPIs).

2. Requirements:

High school diploma or above.
Experience with nutritional milk/dairy products.
Clear and pleasant speaking voice.
Female candidates only with a standard Hanoi accent.
Proven experience in telesales.

3. Compensation & Benefits:

Average monthly income:- VND (Base salary:VND).
Lunch allowance: 500000 VND. Process allowance:VND.
Sales bonus: Up toVND/month.
