What youll do

As Food & Beverage Management Graduate youll lovewhat you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:

  • As a Food & Beverage Graduate you will work towards becoming a future leader of our hotels! You will spend 12 months learning every aspect of the Food & Beverage Division while shadowing our leadership team
  • Whilst you will spend 12 months in two of our operational departments (two rotations of 6 months each) such as our bar restaurants or with our Events Operations team; you will have the opportunity to be involved in other aspects of the business such as employee events.
  • Each graduate will also receive a buddy and a mentor to guide them through their year with us

The items shared are the essence of a day in the lifeof a Food& Beverage Management Graduate but we will make sure you areprovided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and maybe subjected to change. These currently set as:

  • Monday to Saturday: 06:00 - 01:15
  • Sunday: 06:30 - 01:15


What youll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

  • A university degree
  • A passion for Food & Beverage
  • Advanced to Fluent in the English language
  • Good verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Strong ability to upsell products
  • Customer service/hospitality skills are advantageous
