ï Candidate must be able to logically evaluate claims for proper payment and make sure the desired benefits goals are met.
ï Candidate must be willing to think outside box to provide solutions to complex client requests.
ï Assist with new group implementations.
ï Assist with timelines to track implementation deliverables.
ï Assist with client meeting documentation.
ï Use active listening to identify nuances in client business needs.
ï Serve as a secondary point contact for new clients.
ï Provide ideas and suggestions to internal and external clients for improved processes.
ï Conduct client training on applications.
ï Travel to client locations for new implementation meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Associates Degree preferred but not required.
ï 1-2 years pharmacy experience desired; additional healthcare industry experience a plus.
ï Microsoft Excel experience required.
ï Highly organized and motivated with great attention to detail.
ï Ability to exercise logical and critical thinking in problem-solving.
ï Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
ï Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
ï A passion for learning and technology.
