Mixed Shift Availability:

• 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
• 9:30 AM 8:00 PM

Shift Differentials:

• Evening Shift: $3.00/hr
• Night Shift: $6.00/hr

Sign-On Bonus

$10000 paid over a 2-year commitment:

• $2000 on 1st or 2nd paycheck
• $2000 at 6 months
• $2000 at 12 months
• $2000 at 18 months
• $2000 at 24 months

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Clinical Pharmacist to join a collaborative acute care pharmacy team. This role supports high-quality patient outcomes through clinical pharmacy services medication management interdisciplinary collaboration and medication safety initiatives within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Provide clinical pharmacy support to physicians and healthcare staff
• Monitor patient medication therapies and recommend interventions
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations policies and safety standards
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and patient care planning
• Educate patients and clinical staff on medication therapies
• Support antimicrobial stewardship and medication safety initiatives

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• Active Florida Pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain
• Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
