TheEnterpriceData Office (EDO)Business Operations & Transformation teampartners closely with senior leaders Business Partners and crossfunctional stakeholders to driveprogram and portfolio management reporting strategic alignment and financial rigor. The team plays a critical role in enabling transparency efficiency and value realization acrossthe EDO.
The Role
This rolewillleadthe combinedPortfolio ManagementandEfficiency Enablementfunction ensuring strong governance financial rigor and capacity optimization across EDO initiatives. The incumbent will own endtoend portfoliomanagementfrom intake and planning to financial tracking capacity management and value realizationwhile enabling data-driven decisionmaking for leaders.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management & Governance
Own endtoendEDO portfolio governance
Leadquarterly portfolioreviewcyclesand executivelevel reportingfor progress on key initiatives
Own andoptimizetheAHA portfolio management tool ensuring data integrity and transparencyacross the EDO
Design clear process for theintakeofnew initiativesaligningwith Business Partners on prioritization
Financial & Investment Enablement
Leadbusiness case evaluationand financial rigor for new investments and material changes
Own portfoliolevel financial visibility including:
Investment tracking
Run vs. change analysis
Management of executiveapprovalprocesses
Efficiency Enablement & Cloud FinOps
EnableCloud FinOps governance including spend transparency and cost optimization insights
Driveportfoliolevel efficiencylevers (process simplificationoperating model improvements)
Supportheadcount tracking and resourcing efficiencyin partnership with Finance and People teams
Executive Reporting & Insights
Deliverexecutiveready dashboards and insightsfor senior leadership forums
Highlightrisks dependenciestradeoffs and efficiency opportunitiesacross the portfolio
Required
14 yearsof experience in portfoliomanagementorfinancialoperations for data and technology teams
Proven experience managingcomplex multiinitiative portfoliosat enterprise scale
Strongfinancial analytical and executive communication skills
Ability to influence senior stakeholders andoperatewith minimal direction in a global matrixedorganization
Preferred
Experience withAHA or enterprise portfoliomanagementtools
Exposure toCloud FinOpspractices
Advanced Excel PowerPoint and portfolio reporting skills
PMP or similar certification
