What Were Looking For
15 years of inside sales account executive or closing experience in SaaS HRTech recruitment or tech sales
Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong commercial instincts with confidence handling demos negotiations and objections
Excellent communication skills across calls video meetings and written conversations
High ownership mentality with strong urgency accountability and execution
Comfortable managing full sales cycles independently from discovery to close
Experience using CRM and remote sales tools such as HubSpot Salesforce Zoom or similar platforms
Previous experience in recruitment or HRTech is a strong plus
What Youll Do
Own the full sales cycle from discovery call to signed contract driving revenue growth across inbound and qualified opportunities
Run high-quality discovery calls product demos negotiations and commercial conversations with HR leaders and decision-makers
Build and manage relationships with HR managers talent acquisition leaders recruitment agencies and C-level stakeholders
Confidently handle objections navigate complex buying processes and close deals with urgency and precision
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene across all active opportunities
Work closely with SDRs marketing customer success and leadership to improve conversion and buyer experience
Share customer insights and market feedback to strengthen positioning messaging and product direction
Represent Qureos with professionalism energy and a high-performance mindset in every interaction
