About the Role
We are looking for a proactive research-driven Lead Generation Associate to transform our database of 2500 prospects into high-value sales opportunities. This is not a high-volume call center role; it is a strategic business development position that requires reading between the lines to identify decision-makers in complex industries like property management and industrial manufacturing. Your goal is to navigate gatekeepers verify data and secure introductions for our executive team to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Research: Use Google LinkedIn and company directories to map out industrial plants warehouses and commercial parks.
- Decision-Maker Identification: Figure out the correct influencer (Plant Managers Facilities Managers Real Estate Leasing agents etc.) rather than just calling the reception desk.
- Data Integrity: Clean and improve CRM records by verifying contact details and adding fresh leads discovered through market research.
- Professional Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and send short tailored emails to U.S.-based businesses.
- Gatekeeper Navigation: Professionally navigate company switchboards to reach the best person to speak with.
- Lead Qualification: Generate qualified meetings and introductions for the business owners.
- Autonomous Execution: Work independently with limited oversight managing your daily outreach and research targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Hard Skills:
- Lead Generation/SDR Experience: Proven track record in B2B outbound sales.
- Research Tools: Proficiency in Google Maps LinkedIn and Google Workspace.
- CRM Management: Experience maintaining and updating lead databases.
- Phone Proficiency: Comfortable making cold calls to U.S. business owners and managers.
- Industry Knowledge: (Preferred) Experience in logistics construction real estate or industrial services.
Soft Skills:
- Credible Communication: Strong spoken English with a professional tone suitable for U.S. B2B calls.
- The Grind Mindset: Resilience to handle rejection and the persistence to chug along toward daily metrics.
