Job Summary

Introduction

As a Collections Team Leader you will be responsible for driving the achievements of collections targets and overseeing the daily operations of the collections team.

Monitor team performance against targets.
Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
3 - 5 years experience in collections or debt recovery of which 1 -2 years are in leadership.
Strong knowledge of debt collection processes
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
