Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Organizational Change Management (OCM) Strategist to support enterprise IT transformation initiatives within a government environment. This role will focus on organizational readiness stakeholder engagement communication planning and user adoption for IT programs including digital transformation cloud modernization and enterprise system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Organizational Change Management activities for enterprise IT initiatives
Develop and execute change management strategies and communication plans
Support organizational readiness and user adoption initiatives
Manage OCM workstreams including timelines risks and coordination activities
Conduct stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments
Facilitate meetings workshops and training sessions
Collaborate with project managers technical teams and business stakeholders
Track project milestones and support implementation activities
Support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives
Prepare reports presentations and project documentation

Required Qualifications

3 5 years of business or industry experience
1 3 years of Organizational Change Management project coordination or project leadership experience
Experience supporting enterprise IT projects or transformation initiatives
Understanding of change management methodologies and PMBOK principles
Experience with stakeholder engagement and communication planning
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint
Ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments
