Job Title: Senior Contract Manager
Contract: 6 Months - Potential to Convert FTE

Overview
This role sits within Supply Chain Management reporting to the Corporate Manager of Non-Clinical Strategic Sourcing. The Senior Contract Manager owns a large complex portfolio of vendor contracts such as Epic Workday ServiceNow Oracle Adobe Microsoft Zoom and 30 others with a heavy emphasis on software and AI agreements. The focus is delivering strong commercial terms managing organizational risk and driving cost savings.
What Youll Be Doing
- Negotiate and manage enterprise-wide vendor agreements to ensure they are timely accurate market-competitive
- Build and execute strategies to hit contract and savings targets
- Run the full contract lifecycle: RFP evaluation market analysis negotiation execution redlines and signatures
- Identify and mitigate organizational risk through favorable contract terms
- Consolidate vendors reduce costs improve operational efficiency
- Maintain contract documents and keep them accurate
- Stay current on technology trends and industry best practices relevant to the service line
- Serve as the supply chain subject matter expert for the portfolio
- Partner cross-functionally with business owners and internal stakeholders
What You Need
- 5 years in a contracting role (supply chain vendor management or procurement focus) with hospitals
- Bachelors in business finance or related field or experience
- Strong grasp of commercial contract language in a healthcare setting: PHI PI data use agreements IP rights compliance
- Experience with software and AI vendor contracts
- Proven negotiator who can handle a high-volume portfolio with shifting priorities
- Self-directed and doesnt need hand-holding from leadership
- Strong written and oral communication; can work with stakeholders at all levels
- Microsoft Office proficiency (yes they still list this but its a healthcare system so fair enough)
