Job Description:

Manage end-to-end in-house payroll processing (monthly payroll arrears and full & final settlements)

Ensure accurate salary computation including earnings deductions incentives overtime and reimbursements
-
Process employee lifecycle changes such as onboarding exits and salary revisions.

Handle statutory compliances including:
-
PF ESIC PT LWF and TDS
-
Ensure timely filing of returns challans and statutory payments
-
Perform reconciliations and maintain compliance records
-
Stay updated with changes in payroll-related laws and regulations
-
Ensure adherence to Indian labour laws and statutory requirements
-
Manage payroll workings computation tax valuation and report preparation
-
Coordinate with statutory consultants and government authorities when required
-
Coordinate with Finance for payroll accounting provisioning and audits
-
Support internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory matters
-
Prepare payroll MIS variance analysis and management reports
-
Address employee queries related to salary deductions and compliance
-
Maintain payroll records employee data and statutory registers with accuracy and confidentiality
