Seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedPersonal Lines Account Managerto join a growing team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to valued clients managing personal insurance accounts and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include ensuring the satisfaction of policyholders and overseeing the seamless management of various personal lines insurance accounts.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for personal lines insurance clients addressing inquiries concerns and coverage needs with professionalism.
- Manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts with accuracy ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Provide clients with policy renewals endorsements and adjustments helping them make informed decisions about coverage options.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service to support client retention goals.
- Conduct periodic account reviews to assess adequacy of coverage and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional products.
- Process policy changes assist with claims management and handle billing inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with underwriters insurance carriers and internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay informed on industry trends regulations and personal insurance market offerings to provide clients with accurate relevant information.
- Participate in training sessions team meetings or professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Align actions and decision-making with the companys values and commitment to service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in account management with a focus on personal lines insurance and a strong track record in customer service.
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance license or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with capability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to problem-solve think critically and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in insurance management software CRM systems and standard office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in team environments.
- Commitment to high ethical standards and transparent client relations.
