Job Summary
Hiring: Regional Head – Sales (NRI Business)
Product- NRI Business
Location- Chennai
CTC- Upto 25 LPA
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Regional Head – Sales (NRI Business) to drive business growth and manage the NRI portfolio across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive sales for NRI Banking products and services
- Manage regional business growth portfolio expansion and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients and channel partners
- Develop market penetration strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Lead mentor and monitor sales teams across locations
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards
Eligibility:
- Proven experience in NRI Banking / Wealth / Liability Sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent client relationship and business development abilities
- Prior experience in handling regional sales operations preferred
