Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Enterprise Sales Manager with a proven track record in fintech sales. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SaaS-based B2B sales a strong understanding of financial services and the ability to build and manage relationships with enterprise clients.
As a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager You Will:
•Be the first point of contact for new leads and effectively represent the company. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are a must.
•Drive new account acquisition and sustain strategic customer relationships by selling ’s complete portfolio of solutions.
•Execute tactical sales plans follow up on new business opportunities and schedule meetings/product demos as needed.
•Establish as a top brand in the Fintech/NBFC/BFSI ecosystem within your assigned territory.
•Own and exceed sales targets consistently striving for high performance.
•Act as a bridge between customers and product teams relaying feedback and customization requests.
•Upsell and expand revenue from existing clients by introducing new solutions.
•Build strong advocacy relationships with customers to drive referrals and case studies.
•Represent at industry events actively networking and evangelizing our value proposition.
•Provide timely updates on customer interactions and submit regular (fortnightly/monthly) reports to leadership.
•Stay updated on BFSI trends regulatory changes and fintech innovations in India.

Key Responsibilities:
•Enterprise Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing large fintech banking and NBFC clients.
•Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs Heads of Risk CTOs).
•Solution Selling: Understand client pain points and position ’s AI/ML-driven solutions effectively.
•Market Intelligence: Track industry trends competitor moves and emerging fintech disruptions.
•Revenue Ownership: Meet and exceed sales quotas while contributing to business expansion.
•Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing and tech teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Key Requirements:
•Experience: 7 years in enterprise sales within fintech/SaaS (mandatory).
•Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of API-based fintech solutions digital lending and risk analytics.
•Proven Track Record: Success in B2B solution sales preferably in banking/NBFC/fintech.
•Strong Network: Well-connected with banking NBFC and fintech ecosystem stakeholders.
•Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

Location: Chennai (Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate).
