Hours: Minimum 20 hours per weekAvailability: Must be available Monday to Friday afternoons (2:30pm6:00pm) Vacation CareRate: $33.24$35.14 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)

About the Role:

Tall Tree Outside School Care Rosalie is seeking an experienced OSHC Qualified Educator / Educational Leader to join our team.

This role is ideal for an experienced OSHC professional who is passionate about creating inclusive engaging and fun environments where children can learn and play outside school hours.

Working closely with the OSHC Manager you will support both daily service delivery and educational leadership contributing to high-quality programs aligned with My Time Our Place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development implementation and evaluation of engaging OSHC programs based on childrens interests and needs
• Support the OSHC Manager with daily operations staffing and administration
• Mentor and coach educators to support high-quality practice and professional growth
• Build strong respectful relationships with children and families supporting each childs wellbeing development and sense of belonging
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) My Time Our Place (MTOP) and relevant regulations
• Create safe inclusive and engaging environments where children feel supported and inspired
• Document childrens learning through observations planning and reporting

About You:

• Certificate III Diploma or IV in School-Aged Care Early Childhood Education or equivalent (or higher)
• Strong OSHC experience with solid knowledge of MTOP NQF and NQS
• Experience or interest in Educational Leader responsibilities
• Confident leadership mentoring and communication skills
• Current First Aid CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• Valid Working With Children Check
• Must hold a current drivers licence and have reliable transport
• Available to work MondayFriday afternoons
• Passionate about childrens learning wellbeing and educator development
