We are currently seeking a Team Leader to assist with the operations at our CDS Bayswater Depot. This hands-on role ensures safe efficient and customer-focused weekend site operations.

About the role

The Team Leader is the key point of contact for weekend depot operations. You will oversee customer flow ensure site safety and compliance support staff on shift and carry out daily operational tasks.

This is a hands-on supervisory roleideal for someone who enjoys leading by example and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Leading site operations on the weekends
• Leading supervising and supporting staff
• Adhering to operational health and safety and acting in a safe manner
• Ensure the business has a customer focus
• Providing excellent customer service

What we are looking for

• Working days Wednesday to Sunday
• Working hours 8am 4pm
• Strong reliability and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures
• Experience in customer service and handling complaints
• Familiarity with WHS practices and PPE requirements
• Cash handling experience
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office
• Strong physical fitness (this is a hands-on role)
• Positive supportive leadership approach
