What youll be doing
Heres an opportunity to make a difference!! To start youllassist your Area Manager with the set-up and opening of our newOSHC service in Warnbro (Perth WA). Once operational youllmanaging daily operations supporting a fantastic team ofeducators and ensuring compliance and budgets are on track throughstrong supportive leadership. Alongside our passionate Qualifiedand Assistant Educators together youll help bring our before andafter school care and vacation programs to lifeencouragingchildren to get involved in creative activities supervising themwith care and stepping in when needed. With regular activitiesexciting excursions and happy Y kids its no wonder working at YOSHC is one of the most rewarding and enjoyable jobs around!
Youll be great in this role if you
- Have an ACECQA approved qualification; Certificate IV in childrens studies Diploma in Childrens Services (0-14) Bachelor of Education or equivalent. (Overseas qualification must be assessed by ACECQA)
- Have previously led (or mentored) a team of educators
- Have familiarity with the OSHC fun dynamic environment
- Can obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
- Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
- Hold a current drivers license (desirable)
