Job Summary
Introduction
Minimum 3 years experience as an accounts payable clerk
Must have experience working with a large book value - R20 million
Responsilbe for accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices reconciliations and payments
Capture and process invoices
Supplier account reconciliations
Prepare and process supplier payment batches timeously and accurately
Transport & servce invoice management
Process credit notes
Ability to meet deadlines
Attention to detail
Knowledge of ERP systems - ideally Sage Evolution & excel
Knwoledge MS Office
Matric essentail
Own transport
