Supervise and oversee maintenance staff

Regularly inspect roads and sidewalks for damages / wear caused by contractor activities

Ensure all requirements are in place as per Estate rules before allowing construction activities to commence on building sites i.e. building and sidewalk deposits approved plans water connections waste bins etc.

Ensure all security equipment and systems are working correctly - CCTV electric fencingboom gates

Schedule repairs and maintenance for garden and grounds

Maintenance and repairs to buildings

Ensure all fire hydrants sewerage drains and pipes water and elexctricity connection / cut-off points CCTV and fibre points are mapped and listed

Ensure all buildings and equipment are maintained and in good order

Plan and control maintenance purchases and stock - maintain asset and stock registers

Appoint and trainSafety Representatives

Attend to breakdowns

Stand in for Estate Manage when required

Excellent communicartion skills at all levels - verbal and written

Sound understanding of finances projects maintenance and business management

Ability to identify risks and priorities

Excellent computer skills ability to present Project / management reports progress schedule and assist with IT breakdowns
