A trusted client in the digital media industry is looking for a Finance and Operations Administrator to join their passionate and fast-paced team based in Sandton. They are seeking a Finance and Operations Administrator who will play a key role in supporting the finance and operations function through accurate administration reporting support and operational coordination.

This role offers exposure to the media industry ongoing learning opportunities and hands-on experience with industry-specific software and systems for which training will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the finance and operations department
  • Work extensively on Microsoft Excel including formulas and spreadsheet management
  • Assist with maintaining financial and operational records
  • Support tracking of income streams operating costs and financial information
  • Manage correspondence and scheduling through Microsoft Outlook
  • Organise and maintain documentation using Google Drive
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative functions
  • Meet deadlines and assist with day-to-day operational coordination

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Relevant Finance Administration or Accounting qualification advantageous

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role advantageous
  • Basic financial understanding regarding gross income net income operating costs and income streams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment beneficial

Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • Proficient in Google Drive
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Punctual and deadline-driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
