Position Description:

SAP RTR (Record to Report) Consultant
Role Overview
The SAP RTR Consultant will be responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end Finance processes within SAP S/4HANA ensuring accurate financial reporting compliance and efficient period-end close.
Key Responsibilities

. Configure and support GL AP AR Asset Accounting and Bank Accounting & RE-FX
. Manage month-end and year-end closing activities
. Support financial reporting consolidation and compliance requirements
. Work on integration with PTP OTC and Retail modules
. Analyze and resolve production issues and support UAT cycles
. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
. Support data migration and reconciliation activities

Required Skills

. Strong experience in SAP Finance (FI) on S/4HANA
. Expertise in Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
. Knowledge of Fiori finance apps
. Experience in interfaces IDocs and financial integrations
. Understanding of taxation and compliance

Experience

. 610 years in SAP Finance (RTR domain)
. At least 1 S/4HANA implementations or upgrades
. Experience with SAP Fiori
. Understanding of interfaces (IDocs APIs integrations)
. Exposure to Agile delivery model
. Strong stakeholder communication skills
. Experience in UAT and production support environments
. Experience working in retail fuel or convenience store business environments is highly desirable.
