Job Summary
Sales & Distribution Activities: • Design implementation and deployment SAP ERP solutions for sales including sales-order management cycle and post-sales activities all business transactions in SAP SD relative to Pricing billing & Customer Service component • Facilitate the implementation support & configuration of SD related issues as per client’s requirements • Identify gaps issues & work around solutions document functional designs test cases & results • Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues • Interacting with business users to understand requirements and architect solution by leveraging standard functionalities • Leverage best practices and guide team members to build solution to address new business requirements • Estimation/validation of effort estimation for the change requests to provide additional functionalities or to address new business requirements • Collaborate with business users and guide them to perform UAT and get their validation for the changes done as per CR • Provide needed support to Order To Cash users in case they face any issues/challenges with SAP system w.r.t Order To Cash processes • Knowledge of IT systems such as SAP along with experience of working with Order To Cash users in case they face any issues/challenges with SAP system w.r.t Oder To Cash processes
