Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $40750 - $49860 per year
Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic this role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers by providing product information troubleshooting guidance and issue resolution.
- Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products services and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
