About the Opportunity

Desort is expanding nationwide and seeking a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition strengthen strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth across multiple verticals including Dental Medical Veterinary Optometry and Legal.

This role is ideal for a polished relationshipdriven professional who thrives in a performancebased environment and excels at building longterm highvalue client relationships. You will represent a fastgrowing recruitment brand known for premium service speed and results.

What Youll Do

  • Build manage and grow a portfolio of highvalue clients
  • Identify engage and convert new business opportunities
  • Conduct outreach pitch Desorts recruitment solutions and secure new hiring partnerships
  • Strengthen Desorts presence across multiple industries
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure seamless highquality placements
  • Provide insights on hiring trends compensation and market demand
  • Represent the Desort brand with professionalism urgency and authority

  • Experience in business development sales account management or staffing/recruitment
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Confident with outreach negotiation and closing deals
  • Organized selfdriven and able to manage multiple pipelines

Compensation (CommissionOnly)

  • Unlimited commission
  • Biannual performance bonuses (twice a year)
  • Recommended earnings range: $85000 $180000 annually depending on performance
  • Fully remote role with flexible schedule
