TAKs ecosystem of partners allows it to successfully complete every project starting from the first point of conception. This includes engineering teams distributors and more than 100 qualified construction crews with extensive experience across all ISP types and markets; over 300 experienced bury drop crews; and more than 700 professional technicians.
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our pre-construction projects. This role will assist Project Managers and field teams by coordinating project documentation preparing closeout submissions supporting entries into Penguin Data supporting the permit drafting team and partnering with the billing team to ensure accurate and timely project invoicing.
**This position will be working onsite at our Tempe AZ office located at 2204 W. Southern Ave Tempe AZ 85282**

The Role
- Assist in preparing reviewing and submitting closeout documentation for completed telecom projects
- Partner with Project Manager to ensure level 1 entries are in Penguin Data
- Support the creation and maintenance of mapping and project records ensuring accuracy of system and field data
- Help prepare project estimates proposals and supporting documentation for internal and client review
- Partner with the billing team to provide project documentation reconcile quantities and resolve discrepancies for accurate invoicing
- Help with jurisdiction research and support for permit drafting permit submittals
- Maintain organized project files reports and trackers to support project managers and field teams
- Coordinate with vendors subcontractors and internal departments to gather required information and keep projects moving forward
- Provide general administrative support to project management including scheduling meetings updating project logs and preparing status reports
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in project support construction administration or related field (telecommunications experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook); GIS or mapping software experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with management and leadership
- Ability to maintain strict timelines and due dates
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a drivers license is required if the role involves driving
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR Background Check Drug Screen)
