Position Title: Project Manager Executive (Non Tech)
Location: Minneapolis MN United States
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 4 days/week onsite

Role Overview
Opportunity to lead a strategic finance initiative focused on the digitalization of critical financial information to meet regulatory requirements. This role leads cross Finance teams partners with external service providers and ensures successful project delivery within defined timelines using established project management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle including planning communications execution governance scope risk and change management.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining dependencies milestones resources and schedules.
• Drive daily execution proactively removing blockers to maintain momentum.
• Lead delivery of short term solutions and manual processes while ensuring scalable automation for future phases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders vendors internal business leaders and technology teams.
• Establish and manage project governance including steering committees workstream meetings RAID logs issue management and decision logs.
• Identify and manage cross organizational dependencies to ensure seamless integration.
• Champion team success and address obstacles impacting project or organizational outcomes.
• Maintain required project documentation in accordance with internal standards.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance and optimize project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree
• 10 years of project management experience delivering complex cross functional Technology solutions
• Experience working with vendor based solutions
• Strong ability to communicate with and influence senior and executive stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Project Excel Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to document process flows for non technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certification
