Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design and develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases
Build and integrate LLM-based applications using APIs and custom workflows
Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI) or Java (Spring Boot)
Implement and manage multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain LangGraph CrewAI or similar
Integrate AI solutions with REST APIs and external systems
Ensure scalability performance and reliability of AI applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product data and engineering teams
Implement best practices for AI safety security and compliance
Contribute to code reviews architecture discussions and technical decisions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

5 years of experience (4 years in IT and 1 year in AI)

Must to have:

. Development of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
. Python experience in FastAPI
. Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain LangGraph CrewAI or similar)
. LLM APIs and model integration (OpenAI Anthropic Azure OpenAI)
. Development experience with Java or Python (Spring Boot FastAPI REST APIs)


Good to have:

. Banking Domain (Regulatory requirements risk management and compliance needs)
. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure)
. containerization (Docker YAML configuration) and CI/CD practices
. AI safety bias and compliance
. secure authentication protocols (Entra ID OKTA SAML)
. fine-tuning LLMs
