The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day property management duties including maintenance coordination tenancy renewals inspections and compliance management.

Working closely with landlords tenants and contractors you will play a key role in delivering a high standard of customer service while supporting the continued growth of the lettings department.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager / Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• Managing day-to-day maintenance issues across a residential property portfolio
• Coordinating contractors repairs and compliance related works
• Handling tenancy renewals and negotiating renewal terms with landlords and tenants
• Conducting routine property inspections and preparing detailed reports
• Supporting the tenancy process from move in through to move out
• Ensuring all property management activities comply with current lettings legislation and company procedures

• Previous experience within Property Management or Residential Lettings
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage a busy workload within a fast paced environment
• Professional and confident approach when dealing with landlords and tenants
• Good understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements
• Comfortable using modern property software and digital systems
• Proactive and solutions focused mindset with strong attention to detail
