Minimum Qualifications

Three years of experience in administrative services.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience.

Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:

  • Ensure office administrative duties including but not limited to payroll purchasing inventory safety travel and other assigned reports and job duties are completed accurately and timely.
  • Provide quality service in a professional manner both internally and externally with dignity compassion and respect.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times. Report up the chain of command any problems or potential problems related to the staff and/or office.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of computer programs such as Word Excel internet /web based navigation systems and complex automated systems.
  • Uses initiative to explore and develop all available resources to meet customers needs.
