The RoleAsaSenior FinanceOfficeryoullprovide essential financial and administrative support to the Corporate and Trust Accounting teams. The position plays a key role inmaintainingaccurate

financial records across all entities and will help ensuretimelyaccurateand compliant financial operations that support service delivery and organisational performance.

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience in financial administration
• Tertiary qualifications in finance/accounting
• Proficiencyin accounting software such as NetSuite
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Outlook
• High attention to detail and excellent time management
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex problem
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What Youll Do

• PerformAccountsPayable(AP)andAccountsReceivable (AR) functions for Corporate and Trust entities
• Monitor and manage AP and AR inboxes to ensuretimelyresponses to internal and external queries and prompt resolution of issues
• Investigate and resolve discrepanciesin a timely manner
• Return incomplete or incorrect documentation to relevant stakeholders for correction ensuring compliance with internal standards
• Maintain efficient and compliant financial operations by adhering to company policies procedures and internal controls
• Identifyopportunities for process improvement
• Act as a key point of contact for finance-related queries
