Install Coordinator

• All other duties as assigned.
• Schedule and coordinate installation jobs with customers and crews
• Confirm job readiness (materials permits paperwork measurements)
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding installation timelines and expectations
• Manage daily install calendar and adjust for changes or delays
• Support and coordinate installer crews to ensure efficient workflow
• Track job progress and update systems (CRM/360) accurately
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Work closely with sales and operations to ensure seamless handoff of projects
• Identify opportunities to generate positive reviews and referrals during the install process

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
