Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $40750 - $49860 per year

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning coordinating and executing a variety of events from conception to completion. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating memorable and impactful experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all event logistics from start to finish including venue selection catering and transportation.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop event themes and promotional strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships including negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality.
• Oversee budgeting track expenses and ensure events are executed within financial allocations.
• Coordinate on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution and timely problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in planning and executing successful events.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and client interactions.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite.
