Job Summary

Technical lead responsible for architecting and automating a large-scale Dynatrace SaaS observability platform across AWS and Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Governance: Lead enterprise-wide Dynatrace rollout for microservices serverless and multi-cloud workloads.
Full-Stack Visibility: Configure PurePath Smartscape mapping and advanced APM instrumentation.
AI & Automation: Leverage Davis AI and Grail for root cause analysis; build auto-remediation workflows and Observability as Code via Terraform/CDK.
SRE Practice: Define SLIs/SLOs/Error Budgets and manage CI/CD pipeline integrations (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
User Experience: Implement RUM and Synthetic monitoring to track performance KPIs.

Top Required Skills
Dynatrace Mastery: 9 years of hands-on enterprise implementation (SaaS preferred).
SRE/DevOps Foundation: 5 years in infrastructure roles with deep Linux and networking knowledge.
Cloud Platforms: Advanced proficiency in AWS and Azure.
Scripting: Strong Python skills for automation and self-service tooling.
Ecosystem Integration: Experience linking observability with ServiceNow PagerDuty and Teams.
Agile/ITIL: Experience in SAFe environments.

Education & Requirements
Degree: BS in Computer Science or related engineering field.
