Pay: Up to $36.50/hr base hourly wage (depending on experience) production bonuses team production bonuses $0.25/hr raise for each ASE certification

Schedule: Full-time MondayFriday

Are you a strong B Technician who takes pride in your work stays productive and wants to be part of a winning shop One of our top-performing client shops in Santa Rosa CA is looking to add a dependable technician to their fast-growing team. This shop has doubled revenue over the past year maintains an ARO of around $1100 and has the car count systems and leadership in place to keep the right technician busy.

What Youll Do

Perform general repair and maintenance work on domestic and Asian vehicles with some European work as well

Handle brakes suspension steering cooling system repairs tune-ups and other light to mid-level repair work

Complete thorough inspections and clearly communicate findings to the service team

Stay productive in a busy shop environment with strong workflow and steady car count

Maintain a clean organized and professional work area

What They Offer

Compensation plan up to $36.50/hr base hourly wage depending on experience level

Individual production bonuses

Additional $0.25/hr raise for every ASE certification

Monday through Friday schedule

What Theyre Looking For

Solid B Technician experience in a professional automotive repair environment

Strong mechanical ability with confidence in general service and light to mid-level repair work

Ability to perform accurate inspections and identify legitimate repair needs

Team player who works well with advisors and fellow technicians

Reliable positive and consistent work ethic

ASE certifications are a plus and directly rewarded
