As a Recruitment Sales Consultant you will own your desk from day one. This means managing the full recruitment cycle while actively driving client engagement and business development. You will work with Finance and IT businesses understanding their needs deeply sourcing hard-to-find talent and delivering solutions that go well beyond simply filling vacancies.

Duties:
  • Hunt and develop new business relationships with Finance and IT clients
  • Deeply understand your clients their business culture and talent challenges
  • Source and headhunt top talent including scarce and specialised profiles
  • Run the full recruitment cycle: sourcing assessment shortlisting placement
  • Write compelling job adverts and leverage digital platforms to attract quality candidates
  • Interview and assess candidates with a strong focus on fit and potential
  • Present candidates professionally and provide real consultative feedback to clients
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and manage expectations on both sides
  • Negotiate and close offers with confidence and skill
  • Build your own pipeline of clients and candidates own your growth
  • Hit targets drive revenue and contribute to the bigger picture

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
  • Matric (Grade 12) - essential
  • Bachelors Degree in HR Psychology Marketing Business or a related discipline

Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment B2B sales or a client-facing commercial role
  • Demonstrated understanding of sourcing strategies client acquisition cold calling and full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Proven track record of performance in a target-driven environment
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and digital sourcing tools
